Yes, if a membership spot is available. You receive the full monthly allowance at the full monthly price, even if you join partway through. All hours must be used by that calendar month’s end.

Yes. Choose any of the next 12 start months. Payment unlocks only the month it covers. After your first payment, you can pay another month in your term early and book it too. You do not have to pay both together.

For a three- or six-month commitment, automatic collection is scheduled for the 15th for the following month. You can pay that same installment earlier if you want to book ahead. A month opens for booking once its payment is confirmed.

You can book your next month once it is paid. If the payment due on the 15th fails, you have one week, until the 22nd, to pay. From the 23rd, someone on the waiting list may pay for your spot, ending your membership. If you still have not paid by month-end, your membership ends and your spot is released.

After you have completed all 24 hours of your monthly studio time, you can book up to 16 hours of extra standby time in that same paid month, subject to availability. Each session must start within 48 hours and can last up to 8 hours. You can hold one upcoming standby booking at a time. Cancelled or forfeited hours do not count as completed time.

Grip and stands are included. Choose a Standard Photo or Daylight Video kit at no extra cost for a Full Day booking. Shorter bookings, premium lighting and backgrounds have their own prices, shown before checkout.

Yes. Membership is self-service: set up and pack away your lighting and backgrounds. Add or change extras in your member area, preferably at least 48 hours before your visit; late additions do not guarantee staff preparation. Please return furniture and equipment, take out your garbage, wipe counters and leave the space tidy.

Reschedule: You can move each regular booking once, with at least 3 days notice before its original start. Choose an available time in the same paid calendar month.

Coordinate With Another Member: If another member has the time you want, you can ask whether they can move or swap. Each member changes their own booking through the member area, within these notice periods.

Cancel: To book those hours again, cancel at least 5 days before your booking starts. With less notice, or if you do not attend, you lose those hours. If you cancel a booking you have already rescheduled, you lose those hours regardless of notice. Any new booking must be within the same paid calendar month.

If all membership spots are filled, your application is placed on the waiting list. We will contact you when a spot becomes available. No payment is taken while you wait.

If you end a three- or six-month membership before completing your commitment, you can return on the One Month option only. The same applies if your membership ends because you have not paid.

Your member area will provide the studio’s shared Google Calendar when member access is available. It is an overview; all bookings and changes must be made through the member area.
